we have the same issue, after 20h or more, the items, created with Power Automate, will appear in the search. I recommend to report it to Microsoft and create a ticket.

It now works but took about more than 48 hours to be displayed.
I tried it in another tenant and it showed up after 15 minutes.
Both are dev-tenants btw.
