Ours is working as expected.
Any chance that the phone number is no longer being synchronized from AD to O365?

Norman Young - Not sure and will have to check with the people who take care of that. Thanks for the quick reply.
- Forgot to add that the phone number does show up in other areas on O365.
The People Card should be consistent across Office 365. I would consider opening a support ticket with Microsoft.
