Happens to me all the time. We are just building a new intranet so I have been editing the homepage alot. It happened 3 times to me today with an embed webpart that we have that shows a google map. I'll try to figure out the steps to reproduce.

- No we didn’t find a solution, but We haven’t had reports for a while that this is happening anymore. I think it happens when you change to edit mode and then publish really quickly before the page loads.
