Modern lists does not fill in default taxonomy values (BUG)
I have a list with a managed metadata column, which I've set to use a default term. In classic mode this fills out just fine in the new form, in modern it comes out empty.
I have repro in multiple environments with and without first release.

Did you receive any feedback on this issue so far? I ran into this today so the issue is still there at least for some tenants...
- No, and I haven't filed it with support either.
- I have a date/time column with the same issue - the default value shows correctly in classic view, but is blank in modern.
