Modern List with Image Attachments
A client is asking for an "Equipment Inventory" list and wants to include an image of each item. I've done things like this in the past (SP2010) by storing the images in a separate (picture) library,...
I see here at least two possibilities:
(1) Customize list forms with PowerApps
(2) See if column formatting can help here

- Column formatting is no help. The attachment column cannot be styled.
