Modern Image web part - no option to - Edit, crop, aspect ratio, rotate
I added an image web part to a modern page. After adding the image I expected to be able to edit the images, by Cropping, adjusting the aspect ratio and rotating the images as described here:

These options are not available. What am I missing? Is there a dependency on a feature (tried activating publishing) or tenant setting?

Emily Dear & Gregory Frick this feature is only rolled out to First Release tenants at the moment (for the holidays).
We will be rolling it into production tenants shortly (50%, and then sometime after that 100%, once we ensure all our telemetry continues to show green).
fyi Greg, we don't actually support image rotation (free hand and aspect ratio cropping).
- I think the problem you are facing is that you don't have yet the updates of this and other webparts in your tenant
