Modern Experience List Web Part missing functionality depending on the User
Hi, I encountered strange behavior in the Modern Experience List Web Part. When I am with one User I see a List View drop-down button on the right and an "Export to Excel" button. Whe...
They have been rolling out the announced web part updates, but they appear for whatever reason hitting certain users only. There is nothing on our end we can control to determine which users get the updated web parts and which ones don't. Just a matter of time before they all get the proper updated webparts and I guess hit those end points / cache that is causing this oddity.

I have a project that is in the development phase right now and the presense of this functionality determines the approach we are going to choose.
