Modern document library - copy items to other sites - error
Hi
Has anyone managed to copy a document from one document library to another document library in another site?
If select a document (Excel spreadsheet in this example) and select "Copy" from the menu I can see the site I want to copy to "Team Site" (yes, it is an original name, I know :))
If I click on it I get the following error
This is a dev tenant so doesn't have a lot of data in it. I've also tried from my production tenant and on some sites I can see the document library names but clicking on them brings the same error.
It looks like a permission error to me but wondered if anyone else has come across the issue or might know the reason. I've tried in both Chrome and Edge and good old IE.

Working regularly here...
It looks to me too as a permission issue: have you double checked that you have the correct permissions in the target library's root?
- Just double checked, the account I am using is a site collection admin on both sites and the same user has edit access to the DLs in both sites.
Just shooting in the dark :-): have you perhaps enabled Limited-access user permission lockdown mode in the target site?
