We have the same issue. It works with some users, but not with all.
Is there a difference between F1 und E3 Licence?
We also have managed devices without MAM and private devices where MFA und App-Pin (MAM) is enabled. Will this Feature work in both conditions?
I opened a ticket on this. Took a while but this was the response I got.
As discussed on call, the issue that we are facing is a known issue and our backend team is actively working on it. However, we do not have an ETA provided and would be fixed in the near future.
