Mobile App for Everyone

Hi All,

I want to develop a mobile app for a school which will be use by teachers and students. How do I achieve by Sharepoint and PowerApp. My main concern here licencing and Microsoft account. Does everyone need Microsoft account and how licencing will work here?

 

Students should register in the app by Mobile number, Name and Class.

    If you are to use PowerApps you would need to license every user for PowerApps. Each user would need a Microsoft 365 license with the included PowerApps license. You would need to check with the school  to confirm what licensing they have and if that includes PowerApps.

      Thanks for your reply.
      School does not have anything and neither they want to buy. Also i am not aware of the complexity of licencing. There are around 1000 students. How much will be the cost?
