Missing Users and Permissions section in self-privisioned team sites

Basically the idea is that you don't need to manage security for your Teams SPO site so that's the reason why the security settings are hidden. However, in the case of communication sites you have a higher degree of customization in regards of security
After my opinion, the security requirements for a team site should be higher than in a communication site since the first one is restricted and the second one normally internally public.
