Missing search bookmarks - Search in Hub only
We've limited our search to only the SharePoint Hub. But all the bookmarks, QA and acronyms have disappeared. Is this a bug? Why would they disappear? They reappear when we open search to the full en...
PrescientWard I'm glad that you voiced this question - my reaction is exactly the same. In my org the majority of our end-users search using SharePoint (Comms / teams sites ect.). So, like you, I am absolutely gob smacked that they wouldn't allow the end user to surface acronyms and bookmarks from their SharePoint site. this is especially crazy to me seeing as how Intranets are designed specifically to connect our users with specific content (parking, booking desks, Benefits, etc.) - it's the obvious interface for them use!
It's absolutely bonkers. this is not a feature, it's an oversight.
Totally agree - we need this feature too. Users don't care where the answer comes from and are looking to navigate across sites frequently - which is why they are searching... Hope this gets improved soon
