Missing Piece to SharePoint Communication Sites
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but there seems to be a missing piece to SharePoint "Communication" sites. Well, they certainly have their place because they don't require the complexity of an M365 ...
When I say, "average end user", I'm referring to "average site owner".
Hughes818 well if site owners don't know what they're doing that's a training issue. I can't solve that and, to be honest, nor can Microsoft really.

- I beg to differ my friend. PowerAutomate, SPO List, JSON formatting, Forms...all just to create a two-way conversation experience within a SharePoint Comm site...that's over-complicating it.
Hughes818 I wouldn't say that that anything I have said is a workaround; Microsoft have provided different ways to add 2-way communication. Use those as is fit for your organisation, don't use those that are not right.
