Migration Agent Setup - Cannot Access SharePoint online Migration Service.

For months now I have been trying to utilize the Agent for SharePoint Migration.

When I run the agent and sign in I receive the following error:

Cannot Access SharePoint online Migration Service.

Error: The Migration agent couldn't be installed. Close setup and try again.

Failed to acquire token silently as no token was found in the cache. Call method AcquireToken.
