Tools for macOS are very limited. Nearly all the tools (e.g. https://directory.collab365.community/office365-sharepoint/best-sharepoint-migration-tools/) are Windows based.
The browser-based tools (e.g. https://www.slimapplications.com/product/explorer/) will also work on macOS.
