Microsoft/SharePoint lists - error messages, new feature?
We've recently noticed what I think is a new feature in Microsoft lists - an icon appears immediately following the list name that indicates there has been issues saving items. When clicking on this icon you get taken to a list of all items that have not saved. Above the list title, there are buttons that allow you to 'Discard all' or 'Save all''
I'm trying to find documentation about this feature so I can understand what my users are supposed to do when these error messages come up. Online searches have so far proved fruitless.
Grateful for any info anyone can provide.

Started having the same issue, it was not happening before.
Nothing changed on the list, neither here are fields missing.
It is telling me that _vti_ItemHoldRecordSatus does not exist.
I have the same issue: Microsoft Lists is currently unusable in all browsers (checked under Edge, Chrome and Firefox).
The "Edit" menu item does not work. It shows this error in console:
As a result, I can add items, but I cannot edit them, which is critical for my worflow.
I'm thinking of ditching Lists. My data migration will be a nightmare, but I'll somehow manage. It's hardly believeable how Microsoft could think this is a product with such bugs that diminish the trust in Lists.

This seems like a very unique case. I have never seen this type of bug.
Would you like to have a MS Teams call to look into it together?

I am not sure, but could this be due to a required field not being filled in correctly?
Could you mark one of the items and look at what content type it is using? Then check if all fields are present that are required for that content type and that the values are as expected?
