Microsoft Stream

So Stream Classic has been deprecated and moved into SharePoint, if you go into Admin center there's a migration tool that you can make use of:

It's pretty straight forward, you scan all videos and decide where to add them to.
I would recommend you to create a Video Portal where these are stored:
