Microsoft Lists form How to color different Sections to make it easy to fill out

I have a created a Microsoft List.  There are sections of related questions ie column fields. 

In Configure Layout, Format Body, I have added JSON code to display different sections (areas) for the fields. which looks great when entering as a form.

Is there a way to apply color to the different sections to distinguish the different sections to make it easier for the end user to enter.

How can this be achieved?
