Managing access to files within a group
Hey everyone,
I have created a group for a project I am working on with people outside my employer (I am self employed anyway). I want to make the files available to everyone in our group and I think I have the settings right. For eg the group itself is listed as being able to view and edit all the files. But some member of my group are saying they can't access them even after creating an account. Do I have to individually invite each person to each file?
What is the deal? TIA!

schmangee Hello! Is this a question about SharePoint? Teams?
I'm happy to move your post to whichever makes the most sense.
Please let me know as you've currently got this posted in the Tech Community Discussion space, which is intended for discussion around the Tech Community website itself, not product questions, so you're unlikely to get a response here.
