Making SP modern quick links web part look more like buttons
Does anyone know how to make the new modern "quick links" web part look more like actual buttons?
The rollover function is OK, but my users want them to stand out a bit more.
Either putting a frame around the button or making the grey rollover function permanent would be great.

I often use button icons and use them as the image for each link in the webpart.

That's nice idea, but i'm looking for a way to fix the "hover-over" shading so it looks permanently as below.
Any other suggestions gratefully received :-)
