Making list form anonymous

As said, when you allow uploads, users must be signed in with their Microsoft account.
A workaround: you can add a https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/enable-file-requests. But files won't be attached to a response. Or you can use another app to collect anonymous responses with files, such as Google Forms or Plumsail Forms.
