Making list form anonymous

As said, when you allow uploads, users must be signed in with their Microsoft account.
A workaround is to add a https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-a-file-request-f54aa7f8-2589-4421-b351-d415fc3b83af that leads to your OneDrive for file uploads
Or use another app to collect anonymous responses with files, such as Google Forms or Plumsail Forms.
