M365 Developer Tenant Issues

Hi All,

I have a Microsoft 365 Developer Tenant that I registered via my work email as this was licensed with our Partner MSDN subscription.

The tenant I got had serious issues including Server 500 errors and missing/ corrupt Enterprise Apps etc...

I tried contacting Microsoft support but as soon as they discovered it was a Developer Tenant they wouldn't assist and referred me to Microsoft Developer Support which was decommissioned in June 2024. So no support for sick developer tenants. I then tried to delete the Developer Subscription but there is a 60 day grace period before you can create a new Developer Tenant. It's a bit difficult not being able to have a developer tenant for 2 months. Trying to explain this to prospective customers wouldn't really go down that well.

I then decided I would try creating a new tenant using a new user account and UPN/ email, the problem is I have to register a telephone number and this needs to be unique. The new tenant registration therefore fails as it states the telephone number is already in use by another account.

HOW DO I GET AROUND THIS... Seriously Microsoft we are trying to sell your products to clients and are not able to get access to an environment to develop/demo solutions.

I would really appreciate any assistance with this... I noticed Andrew Connell has been vlogging about similar issues but I need a solution and seeing as we are paying for MSDN licenses and trying to sell Microsoft offerings I feel that there must be some other solution here.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
