Lost Files After SharePoint Site Reorg - How to Sync Files to New Folder Structure

Trim off everything after the library name in the url. Also assuming you are on a more modern windows version? Need to do this on like a windows 8+ machine. Don’t remember if 7 and or server will do it.
You can also accomplish the same using internet explorer. Going to the library then go to the library tab in classic view and open with explorer.
Seems like you have something going on with a view, or your in a sub folder somehow, or what I've seen people do is stick their files in the forms folder which is a hidden folder in the document library. If you open the URL to the document library in windows explorer, it should show the root directory, here you can move files around without issues since it's a direct file path to the documents and not a "sync".
