Lookup column returning people from another list

Hi!

I've created a list with 2 columns: Position, and Responsible Person. The second column is column type People/Groups from the Global Adress group from my company.

What I want is in another list, set the Position and get the Responsible person, but it is not showing up to be selected when creating the lookup column.

What can I do?
