Looking to add this Web Part to Communication Site

Hopefully I'm asking this in the right place. I'm trying to add a web part to a communication site that looks like the circled area in the screenshot but can't seem to find it. Can anyone please tell me how they did this?

    This is Wizdom / LiveTiles (3rd party product) built on top of SharePoint Online but is a custom interface/pages which incorporate some of the SharePoint modern webparts. So what you have circled is most likely a LiveTiles Tile not a SharePoint webpart.
