Looking for Non-tech advice on Sharepoint

Hello,

I am searching for a non-IT, non-Tech, non-developer place to inquire about Sharepoint add ins for the contributors. Like new web parts, more web page builder features, etc. I am used to the flexibility of other GUI site builders and am looking for those kinds of options for the company enterprise intranet.
