Lock down communications site to View Only
Hi All
I have created a communications site that will include some general files along with quite a few pages.
I want to be able to lock down everyone to be able to view only, no sharing, downloading etc...
I have created a new security group with literally just the ability to view items, but i can still try and share - How to get rid of the "Manage Access" for visitors ?
- What you can do here is to restrict how sharing can be done in your site by first not allowing to share with external users and them only allow to share files with people that can actually access the site...you can configure this in the site permissions page: https://www.petri.com/disabling-document-sharing-users-no-access-spo-site

jcgonzalezmartin Perfect, i have set this up and tried to share outside and it wouldn't ! 🙂
