List is not correctly showing search and filter results

In a Sharepoint list, I am not able to search all items in that list. I have ensured that both "allow items from this list to appear in search results" and "allow non-default views from this list to appear in search results" are both set to YES.

In addition, filters do not always correctly show all items.  Several items below have PLT_GSTRN in the JCTE Group column; but when I filter that column to PLT_GSTRN, only 2 items are displayed.
