Linking OneNote to a Sharepoint List

Do anyone knows if it's possible to add a Bloc Note linking in it's attributes or by i'ts name to a list in SharePoint?, what I'm trying to do is to create a medical history file based on One Note linked to a list of patients that I have in Sharepoint. TNX!
