Link to a Shared drive

Hi all,

I've a question for my SharePoint organisation.

I would like to create a SharePoint list with all of my company's projects.

Everything is working but I have a question :

Is it possible to add a shortcut or a link from a shared drive to my list or to a site document library.

My problem is this one : people have to work on huge specific format files, and we are not able to open/edit this format on sharepoint. So we are discussing about leaveing this file on the FileServer and creating a link to navigate from the list interface to the Server folder.

Is it possible to do it?
