Limited Access Mode in Office 365 Group SharePoint Site
Hello, I'm wondering if Limited Access mode went away in Office 365 Group SharePoint sites. Basically, if someone shares a file/folder in a document library, shouldn't it grant limited access to...
Buy also bear in mind that Security Model in Groups sites / Modern SPO Sites is a little bit different compared with what we have been doing for ages in classic SharePoint
Well, I believe that the "new" security model is different only on the surface.
I mean that several details are now hidden in order to prevent people to shoot in their feet, but behind the scenes everything is unchanged.
Just my opinion, of course...
- Of course, you are right and we have talked many times about this...if Microsoft is "surfacing" the security model in a different way is because of something :-)
