Limited Access Mode in Office 365 Group SharePoint Site
I dont know if i understood what you need..
But, maybe is the same like me..
I gave a shared link to someone, and now... he can see all my site... like a boss!!
Did you get how to lock this way?
I would like that he just could access the folder shared... could be the mother and mother of the mother.. but not all contents in my site...
Before, he can't see my lists... just records, edit and erase, from powerapps.. but now.. he can see all alllll!!!
@danielpetrin Hi, I'm trying to use this guide https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Understanding-permission-levels-in-SharePoint-87ecbb0e-6550-491a-8826-c075e4859848, reported by Salvatore Biscari and it is ok, if I try to share only a folder/file in a one document library with not inherited permission using sharepoint sharing options, my specific account used appeared listed in Limited Access System Group, and if I will share the link created from Sharepoint option, only the specific account had access, instead all other account also account with have Administrator right permission, was blocked.
I've tried to copy, not using sharepoint sharing option, the specific url in address bar (using Google Chrome or New Edge or Firefox) while I stayed in the specific folder, and all users that stayed in Limited access System Group into collection had access in specific forlder/files, but I have done permission in sharing option only for one user. Could you help me to solve this issue?
