Likely a novice question

Hi there,

I realize this is likely a novice question, but asking for advice. I'd like to create a form (if possible) for graphic design requests for folks in my company. Ideally, I'd like this form to trigger an email to a distribution email address, and also then create a task list in our team SharePoint site. So we can view open requests/mark them as complete when they are done.

 

I'm sure this is not difficult, but I was having a hard time finding exactly what I needed when I was Googling. Any advice/link to a tutorial would be so appreciated.

    ltmorris4 you'll need to start learning how to create flows in Power Automate as that is what you'll need to do this. There are a lot of good videos on YouTube, particularly those by Shane Young.
