Licensing for SharePoint Online
Hi Team.
I have a question about the licensing required to use SharePoint Online.
Users within my organization that require access to SharePoint sites, they will only view, they will not create, not edit, what type of license do they require?
Users outside my organization are guest users, they will view content only, they require a SharePoint Online license, which?

For your corporate users you need a license that provides access to SharePoint Online. The most basic one is Microsoft 365 Business Basic...there is also the option to buy SharePoint Online standalone licenses.
For your guest users you don't require licenses
