Library template creation in SPO

Hi girls and guys ! Coming straight away from ESPC20, i learned plenty of useful things but there are still a few questions left unanswered about some aspect of SharePoint Online... Maybe one of you knows ?

• In SharePoint 2013 there were an option in the library settings to create a template from the existing library... Vanished ! Anyone knows how i can do that by any means ??
