Leave Planner

Hi Team, 

I would like create sharepoint based leave planned as per enclosed template.

requirement is, all the coloum must updated monthly basis automatically as per calendar,

Working days column number must add 8hrs automatically daily basis except leave dates and weekend in a month.

Can some one help me pls how to create in sharepoint.
