Large HTML content - storage options

Hi

We have a power app (runs on a tablet) that allows our quality department to complete inspections of plants and working areas. They take photos and everything works great.
When they are done, the whole inspection is converted into an HTML report, converted to PDF (we have a cloudmersive license) and that all works great too.

All the met data behind the reports are stored in SPO lists and I also want to store the final HTML report source somewhere in SPO. If you can imagine with all the photos etc, the raw html content can be quite large.
Is there anywhere in SharePoint that can handle this kind of data?

I know a multi line text column in a list has a limit of just under 65K characters (no good) and I also know the same type of column in a library can be set to unlimited length. But is it wise to use that setting in a SP library and store the data there?
