Label for save button on modern pages differs for users
We've noticed that the label for the save button on modern pages differs for users. For some users it says "Save as draft," and the others see "Save and close." For what we can tell the button does the same thing, it's just the wording that is different.
The cause doesn't seem to be permission-based since we've tried numerous different setups and still get the same result. One user sees "Save as draft," and the others see "Save and close" regardless their permission or who first created the site/page in question. The SharePoint locale settings are the same for all of the tested users. Has anyone else come across this behavior or know the reason behind it?

- I think this is due to the fact in some libraries you have configured the Approval Flow so that's why you see the "Save as draft" and in others no, so you see "Save and close"

jcgonzalezmartin, I can't see this being the cause in this case since we're comparing the same instances of modern pages between the different users and are still seeing different labels for what appears to be the same button.
