Knowing which guest external users have opened the file
After sharing a document externally is there a way to tell which Guest users have opened the document?
Should be able to use this approach with FileAccessed https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/use-sharing-auditing?view=o365-worldwide
Thanks for the idea. However it only supplies the IP Address. I was hoping for some kind of external user ID or email address.
Also this is an Admin function. I would rather the data be able to be retrireved by the user who shared the file.
