Unfortunately not. SharePoint Online is a global service and you will use your tenant name and sharepoint.com to access all of your site collections. For example: [tenant].sharepoint.com/sites/[site collection]

You can create Office Smart Links to bypass the home realm discovery and send a user along to a specific site collection. For instance intranet.[yourdomain].com can send them to [tenant].sharepoint.com/site/intranet. There is quite a bit to smart links, so be sure to read up on them at http://www.enowsoftware.com/solutions-engine/using-smart-links-to-improve-the-login-process-to-office-365-applications.
