OK so I am looking at a similar issue. I have a Tasks list with JSON column formatting. Over due tasks display on a Red background ROW with White text when I access the list directly. When I add a list web part to the page. The row is still red but the text varies by column. I want the text across the red row to be white for all the columns in the view.
