Item creator name not being reflected in SharePoint form

Question

I am trying to create a custom form and need to a field which displays the name of the user who has created an entry in the list.

I have tried multiple things however unable to reach to the desired outcome, can you please suggest what I might be not doing right.

PuneetChaurasia&nbsp;normally you would use the Created By column. PuneetChaurasia&nbsp;you will need to use a Power Apps customised form as with that you can select the Created By field to be displayed in the form, which is not possible with the default SharePoint form.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;RobLos GallardosMicrosoft Power Automate Community Super User.Principal Consultant, SharePoint and Power Platform WSP Global (and classic 1967 Morris Traveller driver)

PuneetChaurasia&nbsp;You could also consider using json formatter to show the creator in the footer (or header) in the default form. You can apply json to the form in the top right on a new form:&nbsp;{
