Issues with Asana connector on SharePoint Online modern page web part

Hello! 

I am having an issue with the Asana connector on the SharePoint Online modern page web part and was curious if anyone else has run into this behavior. 

For some projects, the web part works just fine.  But for other projects, it displays the following error shortly after selecting it in the web part.   "You will no longer receive updates from the Asana connector created by (SharePoint User) due to an unrecoverable error. To restore service, manage the configuration by visiting the connector management page, removing the connector configuration, and re-creating it with valid information."

I cannot figure out why it works for some projects and not others.  I believe it could involve permissions on the Asana side but did not see anything that sticks out.  

I opened a ticket with Microsoft, but they did not have any answers at all and eventually said that I need to open a ticket with Asana.   I then opened up a ticket with Asana and they told me it's a Microsoft issue.  Asana did not create these web parts.    

Has anyone else run into this problem?
