Issues cloning Teams/SharePoints - takes long, fails and won't be provisioned

Hello out there,

currently we are facing issues when cloning a team via different apps. For example third party tool (provider already contacted so ..) or even via graph api with powerautomate/logic apps. 

Since last friday teams are taking way to long (can take upon several hours) before they are created. Normally it doesnt take more than 10 minutes. 
Settings and channels are not being cloned either when the team has been created, they take even more time or are not created anyways. 
No outdated secrets or certificates here .. everything is fine and has worked before. No changes made in the app in Azure and so on .. .

Graph API says it can't find the list even if the SharePoint of the group has been created successfully - Time delay is also implemented. 
Permissions for the app registration are also correctly set and worked in the past. 

Anybody facing similar issues?
