Issue with showing current page indicator on communications Site Navigation

When on a page in a communication site the current page is underlined in the navigation to show you are on the page.  One issue I have noticed is if the URL doesn't match with the exact case the underline doesn't show.  Or if the url doesn't end in a / it also doesn't show the underline.  This isn't a big deal, just an observation that users may notice.

Is there an open issue on this and if not, whats the best way to pass this on to the SharePoint online engineering team?

See images attached for examples

Thanks,

Rick DeFoe - I fixed this by adding the menu item first as a "label" and publishing it. Then I'd go back in and grab the url for the page and update the menu item to a "link" and once again publish it. The menu item would then stay underlined. No idea why this works, but that seems to be the theme with SharePoint.
