Issue: SharePoint Online File Viewer webpart scrolling / jumping when page loads.

When loading a hubsite's homepage, that has the File Viewer webpart on the page, the page is scrolling to the File Viewer. Is anyone else having this issue? I can see it doesn't happen in Edge but do...
