The home page of SharePoint seems not to work especcially the webparts on it.see screenshot saw it on different tennants.the url is:https://xxxxx.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx?p=1&q=test&v=search

It's working here, I tried this on a few tenants. So it looks like that is a single tenant issue only.

Strange had it on 4 different tenants but seems to be resolved.

Were they all hosted in the same data center?

Check the network trace in the web browser by hitting F12 and see if any files are not being downloaded. It's possible that some may be blocked like Javascript or CSS files. Also try deleting your browser cache in case you have some old file. If you have a proxy that also caches that might be problem, you could check that by using a different internet connection.
