Issue Creating Pages in Subsites on SharePoint Online - "Invalid Field Name" Error
I’m encountering an issue when trying to create pages in subsites on SharePoint Online. The root site is a publishing site and contains several subsites. When attempting to create a new page in the subsites, I get the following error: "Invalid Field Name. {9da97a8a-1da5-4a77-98d3-4bc10456e700}", and the page is not created.
Interestingly, there are no issues creating pages on the root site, where the error does not occur. After investigating, I found that the GUID mentioned in the error seems to correspond to the "ID" field of the page library on the root site.
Has anyone experienced this type of issue or knows how to resolve it? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello cadufs
what kind of site do you mean with "publishing site"? Is it a classic site?
It is recommended in SPO to use modern sites like communication site oder team site: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/community/team-site-or-communication-site?WT.mc_id=DX-MVP-5004845
I have checked to create a page in a subweb on a modern site, it works fine.
Create a new modern site, create a subweb (only if it has to be, M365 is flat and the concepts are based on sites) and try to create pages.

Hello DaveMehr365 ,
Yes, it's a classic site. I understand, but I need migrate a portal Sharepoint 2013 OnPremise to Sharepoint Online and some customizations are requireds go with the migration.
I created another classic site (ex: .sharepoint.com/sites/test01) and works fine, but I would like use the root site.
Thans!
