Is there a way to create a chatbot within SharePoint that searches a company SharePoint site?

Hello, I am looking to create a chatbot that uses a company SharePoint site as a knowledge base to provide users with an answer or a link to a SharePoint page that may be of relevance to the questions. Please could someone inform me if this is possible and by what application could be used to do this? I have looked at using power automation although there is no function to search a SharePoint site and is only the option to search a list.
